Your missions ⭐
PayFit has come to a stage where product decisions cannot be purely based on qualitative insights from our clients and users, we now have more than 4000 clients and 100000+ users. Within the Product Ops team, you will be positioned as a true facilitator to contribute to the general PayFit growth.
You'll be in charge of:* fueling Product Managers, Engineering Managers, Product Designers & Product Builders with strategic and operational data to help them make the best product decisions & shape data-informed product strategies,* assisting teams in operational KPIs definition & implementation and monitoring using data visualization tools (eg: Looker) to help better assess our product’s health, * developing compelling dashboards to measure the impact of new product features or business initiatives & quantify our features quality,* supporting Product teams to reach their full potential creating processes to make Product squads autonomous on their common data use cases, being a coach on best practices, training them when needed,* working closely with our product and business teams to identify important questions, define key success metrics.
