Alan is the healthcare super-app offering personalised healthcare & wellbeing to our members.Founded in 2016 by Jean-Charles Samuelian and Charles Gorintin, Alan is the first independent digital health insurance in France since 1986.

⭐️ Profile & Competencies
As a Brand Content Manager, you act as a content creative powerhouse and you’re in charge of managing the creation, the proofread and the publication the content that will position Alan as a thought leader on its market.
Focusing your actions around strong topics, like mental health, you’ll define the different campaigns calendar and success KPIs, the cornerstone content & event, their distribution channel, to ensure then their smooth execution through internal and external resources.
Hard skills:- Content project management:Able to plan, organize, follow-up and deliver simultaneous content projects of various nature over the span of several months, production and distribution-wise. Also able to report on the success of the content distribution, regularly providing KPIs to the marketing community as well as taking actions on them.- Freelance management:Able to work with freelancers, negotiating terms and conditions of contracts, and developing lasting relationships with freelancers, so as to ensure the smooth execution of content projects.- Key Opinion Leaders / Influencers management:Able to understand health & well-being key opinion leaders’ ecosystem, as well as fostering lasting relationships with them to best serve Alan’s thought leadership effort.- Copy proofreading:Although this role is NOT a copywriter role, the ability to distill and proofread complex concepts into thoughtful & impactful communications for B2B & B2C audiences is critical.- Communication: Able to regularly communicate updates on owned projects to various Alan’s stakeholders: sales, marketing, account managers- Event organisation:Whether it’s online (webinars) or offline, past experience in event organizations is a huge plus.- Experience in PREven though the position is not a PR position, experience in working with media is a plus.
Soft skills / behavioural trait:- Strongly rigorous and logical about content’s architecture and messaging- Enthusiastic about health and well-being topics- Curious about other companies content initiatives- Creative, and able to think outside the box & suggest innovative content solutions- Collaborative: able to act as thinking partner to all crews- Hands-on: able to replace almost any projects’ members on short notice to ensure the good execution of a project- Challenger about past decisions that have been made at Alan
- French native speaker, with a very proficient level in written French (perfect syntax)- Perfectly fluent in English
Requirements:- Marketing, Brand or Journalism background - Experience in start-ups or brand agency is a plus- At least 3 years in content management experience- At least 1 year in a position with event organisations
